Bircher Muesli

This is delicious! It’s not identical to the original recipe but it’s close. Did I say it’s delicious.


This is for a single adult serving.

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries, raisins or cherries
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup yoghurt
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk


Dice the apple, mix everything together.

Probably best to let it stand for an hour or so to let the oats absorb a bit of water but we ate it straight away with no ill effects.
